Job Title: Operations Manager – Waterproofing
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
5+ years of UAE experience, specifically in waterproofing operations
Proven hands-on knowledge of waterproofing systems and techniques
Experience in managing teams and supervising on-site operations
Valid UAE Driving License required

Ability to plan, supervise, and execute waterproofing projects efficiently
Familiarity with safety regulations and construction site protocols

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day waterproofing operations across projects
Plan, schedule, and monitor workforce and project resources
Ensure proper implementation of waterproofing systems according to project specifications
Supervise and mentor site teams, ensuring quality and safety standards
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors for smooth execution
Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance
Maintain records, reports, and documentation of operations
Optimize operational efficiency and reduce wastage
