Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Familiarity with construction software and tools
