Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR or related functions
Requirements:
Basic understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (if any)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
