Job Title: Front Office Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in front office operations, preferably in hotels, resorts, or luxury properties
Proven experience in managing front desk teams and guest relations
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of front office operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservation systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle guest complaints and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office
Ability to train, mentor, and motivate front office staff
