Senior HR Executive
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, training, performance evaluations, and employee exits
• Manage employee relations by addressing HR queries, resolving grievances, and supporting a positive workplace culture
• Process payroll activities, prepare salary certificates, and issue official HR-related letters
• Handle all UAE visa-related processes such as employment visas, renewals, cancellations, medical tests, Emirates ID, labor cards, and coordination with PRO services
• Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and internal databases while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
• Monitor leave management, attendance systems, warnings, and disciplinary actions
• Support office administration tasks, document control, and internal communications as required
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing full HR operations including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and payroll
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• High level of professionalism with the ability to manage confidential information
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
