Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and basic applications. • Assist in network setup (LAN/Wi-Fi), IP configuration, and connectivity testing .
Support users with email configuration (Outlook, Microsoft 365, Gmail).
Coordinate with the senior IT team for escalated issues.
Skills Required:
Good understanding of computers, networks, and troubleshooting steps.
Proficiency in English
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and Windows operating systems.
Familiar with Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Teams.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow in IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1–2 year of experience (Fresh graduates can apply).
Work Environment
Based in Dubai, with possible visits to client sites.
Work under supervision of senior engineers and IT managers.
