Experience: 3–4 years

Description:
Gateway Gulf Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations & Documentation Coordinator to manage vehicle documentation processes in compliance with AD NOC standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in vehicle documentation, coordination, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process vehicle gate passes and access permits for AD NOC onshore and offshore sites
Handle all AD NOC documentation requirements, including vehicle registration, insurance, driver licenses, training certificates, and compliance records
Ensure all vehicles meet AD NOC technical, safety, and branding standards before entering sites
Monitor expiry dates for vehicle passes and related documents, initiating timely renewals
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, HSE, logistics, PRO) to collect necessary approvals and supporting documents
Ensure strict compliance with UAE laws, AD NOC regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience working with AD NOC standards
Ability to manage workload efficiently and work under pressure
