Key Responsibilities:
Lead comprehensive HR operations for PAD & PMC, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws, DHA/MOH regulations, and internal HR policies
Develop, implement, and periodically review HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Provide strategic HR advice to management regarding workforce planning and organizational development
Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution
Drive employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and learning & development programs
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to department heads and senior leadership
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
Experience in healthcare, non-profit, or community-focused organizations is advantageous
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism
