Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Graduate or Diploma holder
Experience: 5–8 years in managing labor accommodations / camps, preferably in the UAE
Requirements:
Strong understanding of HSE standards and UAE local authority regulations
Experience in managing large labor camps and accommodation facilities
Ability to supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and catering services
Knowledge of camp welfare standards, hygiene, and safety compliance
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
