Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in technical support, IT maintenance, or network administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of network protocols, LAN/WAN, and security best practices.
