Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise day-to-day HR operations
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and internal policies
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance standards
Provide HR advisory support to management
Implement structured HR systems and reporting frameworks
Ensure alignment with Saudization and workforce regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
Experience:
Proven HR leadership experience
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and compliance regulations
Experience in recruitment and workforce planning
Legal & Compliance Expertise:
In-depth understanding of Saudi labor regulations
Policy development and implementation
Employee relations and compliance management
Preferred Background:
Saudi background preferred
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management
Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
High level of integrity and professionalism
Structured, organized, and compliance-focused mindset
Certifications (Preferred):
CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification
Legal or labor law-related certifications
