Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/ Graduate
Experience in call center, tele sales, or customer service preferred
Experience in real estate
Fluency in Arabic required

Ability to handle high call volumes and client inquiries
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer and CRM system knowledge
