Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operating systems administration
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux servers (RHEL, Oracle Linux)
Experience with Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, etc.)
Exposure to Kubernetes, Rancher, Citrix Cloud, IDAM, Satellite
Experience with AWS, VMware, scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and automation tools
Requirements:
Strong expertise in administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers
Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and container orchestration
Experience with identity and access management (IDAM) and Citrix environments
Hands-on experience with automation and scripting for system management
Ability to implement ITIL processes and follow security standards (SAFE framework)
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
