Guest Relations Executive - Front Office

Main duties :
• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests and members, handling inquiries, reservations, and service requests with confidence.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards, proactively resolving guest concerns and ensuring a consistently positive experience.
• Manage membership processes including inquiries, registrations, renewals, and cancellations while ensuring accurate system records.
• Promote and upsell health club services, programs, and memberships to maximize guest engagement and revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations and seamless guest journeys.
• Ensure front office operations comply with health, safety, and service standards, contributing to a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Job Details :
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in guest relations or front office roles, ideally within a luxury hospitality or wellness environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional appearance and confident, service-oriented attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Well-organized and detail-focused, comfortable handling administrative tasks, systems, and guest data accurately.
