Logistics Officer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
• Manage outbound activities for customer orders
• Manage outbound shipments, follow up with clearing and forwarding agents and monitor the turnaround time (TAT)
• Process and document letter of credit (LC) for shipments
• Coordinate and arrange transportation of shipments to destination
• Track shipments and update customers on a timely basis
• Cooperate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth execution of shipments
• Coordinate with clearing agents and customs to maximize efficiency in terms of time and quality
• Verify customs documentations for exports and transfer of ownership
• Manage the stock movement through the warehouse management system
• Perform monthly stock audits
• Coordinate with the CRM and credit teams for invoicing customer orders
• Prepare and maintain the warehouse petty cash
Position Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Strong experience in reporting, order management, order tracking, and handling import & export operations.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Arabic language proficiency is required to effectively support business operations across GCC and Levant entities.
• Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice are highly preferred.
