Job Position – Customer Service Executive

Job Role Requirements:
Provide exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries, managing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining company standards and building positive relationships.
Track and monitor customer interactions and satisfaction through the group system.
Regularly collect customer feedback and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Meet performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Prepare required monthly and/or any other MIS reports.
Whom are we looking for?
Any Graduate with minimum experience and exceptional communication skills.
Confident and proactive individuals who are technically sound with today’s systems.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
