Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and families
Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and complaints efficiently
Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-up actions
Support hospital/clinic management in improving patient experience and service quality
Assist in organizing patient education and awareness programs
