Requirements :
• 2-3 years of proven HR experience construction or industrial sector experience preferred
• Gulf experience particularly within the UAE is an advantage
• Strong communication coordination and organizational skills
• Proactive detail-oriented and capable of working independently
• Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Hindi is required
• Must be available to join immediately
