The Office Girl will handle general administrative and clerical duties to help keep the office running smoothly. Responsibilities include assisting staff, keeping the space clean and organized, serving refreshments, and taking care of basic office tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support
Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents (if required)
Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries (if required)
Monitor office supplies and report shortages to management
Office Maintenance & Errands
Ensure office areas, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms are clean and well-organized
Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to guests and staff when required
Assist in arranging and setting up meeting rooms or office events
Perform light office errands as needed
Reception & Guest Assistance
Welcome visitors and guide them appropriately
Support basic reception duties when required
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as an office helper or similar role is an advantage
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier)
