Job Title: Executive Secretary – Director’s Office
Salary: AED 3,000–4,000
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
2–3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Office Administrator
Prior experience supporting senior management or directors is preferred
Requirements:
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
