Education:
Relevant Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
Proven experience in construction, contracting, or industrial sectors preferred
Certifications:
HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) for Talent Acquisition
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
Team collaboration and professional discipline
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of Saudi labor and commercial regulations
