Position: Customer Service Representative
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month (based on UAE experience)

Description:
Citydrinks is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. This role is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a consistently positive service experience. The position requires strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily customer service operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and evaluating customer service staff activities while providing regular performance-related feedback.
Planning, organizing, and monitoring the daily operations of the customer service function.
Supporting customer service team members with their duties when required.
Training staff on customer service standards, procedures, and company policies.
Managing customer service coverage and customer flow to ensure efficient and professional service.
Reviewing and validating product returns, exchanges, and void transactions.
Investigating customer complaints and implementing appropriate resolutions.
Assisting in the development, implementation, and communication of customer service policies to both staff and customers.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer service activities.
Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor with knowledge of logistics operations.
Hands-on experience in customer support, customer care, and customer relations.
Familiarity with the industry is considered an advantage.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
Good understanding of CRM systems and customer management tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Patience and professionalism when handling challenging customer situations.
Willingness to work in an alcohol-related business environment.
Ability to commute or relocate to Abu Dhabi.
