Job Title: Receptionist / HR Coordinator
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in reception, front office, or HR support roles.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic office management tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and manage schedules.
Knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
Relevant UAE healthcare or clinic experience
English & Arabic communication skills preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling calls and emails.
Assist in HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Coordinate meetings, interviews, and other administrative tasks.
Provide support to employees and management for HR-related queries.
Ensure smooth daily office operations and maintain a professional environment.
Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as required.
