Job Title: Team Leader – Quality Control
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and tools.
Experience with inspections, testing, and reporting of products or processes.
Ability to lead a team, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with ISO standards or industry-specific quality certifications.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
