Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s Degree in English Literature, English Language, or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or departmental head role.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of English language, literature, and pedagogy.
Experience in curriculum design, academic planning, and faculty management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to mentor and develop teaching staff, and implement educational strategies.
Familiarity with examination systems, assessment methods, and academic standards.
