Position: Sales Coordinator
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Description:
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-focused Sales Coordinator to help keep our sales operations running smoothly in Dubai. The role includes managing customer inquiries, working closely with internal teams and suppliers, and supporting sales documentation and reporting. The perfect fit will be proactive, well-organized, and confident engaging with clients across the GCC/MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders efficiently.
Coordinate with technical, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
Assist with product documentation, presentations, and tender submissions.
Support machinery exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer visits.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Machinery, Equipment, or Jewellery industries.
Female candidates with own visa preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficient in MS Office; CRM/ERP experience is an advantage.
Exposure to GCC / MENA markets preferred.
