Job Title: Sales Supervisor – Neurosurgery
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in medical sales, with at least 3 years in the UAE market.
Experience in medical equipment sales, preferably in neurosurgery or related specialties.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Age: 28–37 years.
Requirements:
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
Strong knowledge of neurosurgery products, medical devices, and hospital procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to plan and execute sales strategies and account management.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Willingness to travel within the UAE as required.
