Job Title: Student Welfare Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in student support services, counseling, or academic administration.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of student welfare policies and safeguarding procedures.
Ability to provide guidance, counseling, and support to students.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of academic regulations and student support systems.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
