With proven experience in securing building projects and interior fit-out contracts.
The ideal candidate must have strong connections with contractors, consultants, developers, and project managers in the UAE construction market and be capable of generating consistent project pipelines for interior fit-out works.
Key Responsibilities
Source new tenders and project leads from the market.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per contract terms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3–6 years UAE experience in interior fit-out or joinery sales.
Strong network in UAE construction industry.
Proven track record of closing interior fit-out projects.
Knowledge of materials, joinery production, and site execution processes.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
