Job Title: Authority Coordinator
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in dealing with government authorities, municipalities, or regulatory compliance processes.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, permits, and approval procedures.
Experience in submitting applications, follow-ups, and obtaining approvals from authorities.
Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and MS Office.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple submissions simultaneously.
