Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a hospital setting.
Strong understanding of billing, coding, insurance claims, and collections.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
