Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to placement)
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews and stakeholder communication
• Achieve monthly revenue & placement targets
• Maintain recruitment databases and reporting
• Support client hiring strategies and workforce planning
• Negotiate offers and close placements
• Drive recruitment best practices and delivery efficiency
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience (Agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of the UAE job market

Education
