Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Dubai
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in food & beverage management, preferably in luxury hotels
Prior experience managing multi-outlet operations is highly desirable
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and cost control
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest experience
Familiarity with budget management, inventory control, and health & safety regulations
