Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie – Pastry
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or Bakery
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pastry kitchens, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
Strong knowledge of international pastry techniques and dessert presentation
Requirements:
Expertise in baking, dessert preparation, and chocolate work
Ability to supervise junior pastry staff and train apprentices
Creativity and innovation in developing new dessert recipes
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operations standards
