Key Responsibilities
• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support projects
• Configure & support Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment, Talent modules
• Gather business requirements & perform GAP analysis
• Conduct system configuration, SIT/UAT testing, and deployment
• Provide production support & issue resolution
• Prepare functional documentation & user manuals
• Deliver user training & knowledge transfer sessions
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations & reporting
• Ensure best practices in HCM processes & compliance
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• Proven end-to-end implementation lifecycle experience
Functional Expertise:
• Strong experience in Core HR
• Experience in at least two HCM modules:
Payroll
Absence
Recruitment
Talent
Technical & Consulting Skills:
• GAP analysis & business process mapping
• System configuration & testing
• Documentation & user training
• Stakeholder & communication skills
• Data migration & integrations (plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification
• UAE / Middle East project experience (preferred)
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 18,000 – 32,000 / Month
