Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
Manage SAP modules including PS, MM, SD, and FICO
Align SAP functionalities with MEP and engineering workflows
Oversee engineering document submissions and DMS workflows
Support contract lifecycle management and milestone billing
Handle project variations and commercial process integration
Coordinate with IT, Engineering, Contracts, and Finance teams
Conduct user training sessions and stakeholder workshops
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
MBA or PMP certification is considered an advantage
Certifications
SAP Certification – Highly Preferred
PMP or Project Management Certification – Advantageous
Experience
Minimum 5+ years in SAP Project Management
Experience within MEP / Engineering / Construction environments
Proven SAP implementation and integration experience
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of SAP modules (PS, MM, SD, FICO)
Understanding of SAP integration & document control processes
Familiarity with DMS / DMS workflows in engineering environments
Soft Skills
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Bilingual candidates preferred
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 20,000 – 32,000 / Month
