Job Title: Junior Estimator (Fresher)
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Engineering Graduates/PG in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Quantity Surveying
Fresh graduates are eligible
Basic knowledge of construction, materials, and cost estimation preferred
Requirements:
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Familiarity with estimating software (AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, etc.) is a plus
Good communication and documentation skills
Eagerness to learn and assist in estimation processes
Responsibilities:
Assist senior estimators in preparing project cost estimates
Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQ)
Collect and compile material, labor, and equipment costs
Prepare preliminary and detailed estimates
Support in tender documentation and submission
Maintain records and databases of cost information
Coordinate with project engineers and procurement teams
