Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise QA strategy, governance, and delivery frameworks
Oversee release cycles, delivery pipelines, and quality standards
Drive test automation adoption and optimization initiatives
Align QA practices with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies
Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery stakeholders
Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes
Mentor and lead QA teams across large-scale digital programs

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience

15+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
4–6 years in delivery management / leadership roles

Technical & Domain Expertise
Strong understanding of Digital Engineering & Delivery Models
Deep knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
Proven experience managing release cycles & delivery pipelines
Test Automation Expertise

Good knowledge of automation frameworks including:
Selenium
Cypress
Playwright
Appium
or similar technologies
Leadership & Core Competencies
Strong leadership & team management capabilities
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Strategic decision-making & problem-solving abilities

Preferred Profile
Preference for ISSS-trained professionals

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 35,000 – 60,000 per month (Monthly Compensation)
