Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.
Good understanding of construction materials and standards.
