Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Minimum 10 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry
Prior experience in UAE projects preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation
Experience in fit-out projects, including joinery, finishes, and MEP coordination
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
