Asphalt Laying Foreman
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily asphalt paving operations
Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, schedules
Visit & Inspect work sites to monitor quality and adherence to contract specifications.
Ensure operations for the use of paving equipment, rollers, and other machinery.
Suggest /advise ,Train, mentor, and manage team members, ensuring efficiency and teamwork.
Coordinate with with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
Enforce safety protocols and company policies on all job sites.
Requirements:
Good experience as an Asphalt Laying Foreman, Supervisor, or similar role in paving/construction.
Good Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, materials, and equipment etc.
Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
Can lead Team
Through with safety rules regulations
