Key Responsibilities
• Lead Windows-to-hybrid cloud migration initiatives
• Execute workload migrations using lift-and-shift and parallel build strategies
• Manage Nutanix AHV and HCI-based platforms
• Administer Nutanix Prism Element and Prism Central environments
• Implement disaster recovery solutions aligned with RPO/RTO targets
• Perform capacity planning and infrastructure optimization
• Develop scripting and standardized automation frameworks
• Support Nutanix Cloud Platform and NC2 deployments
• Ensure stable hybrid cloud operations and performance
• Follow ITIL-based change and incident management processes
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Experience
Minimum 7+ years of enterprise infrastructure engineering experience
Certifications (Preferred):
Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) / NCM
Hybrid Cloud / Virtualization Certifications
ITIL Certification
Technical Skills:
Nutanix AHV & HCI Management
Windows to Hybrid Cloud Migration
Hyper-V & Virtualization Platforms
Nutanix Prism Element / Central
Nutanix Cloud Platform & NC2
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
