Job Title: Social Worker (CDA Licensed)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Valid CDA License (Community Development Authority – UAE) mandatory
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in social work, counseling, or community services
Experience working with children, families, or persons of determination preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of social work principles, counseling techniques, and UAE regulations
Ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate interventions or referrals
Experience in case management, documentation, and report writing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity
