Collection Officer
Job Location : Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Job Duties :
• Maintaining of customer payment records.
• Prepare customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.
• Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.- Write notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
• Familiarity with state debt collection laws.
• Responding to customer queries related payments.
Requirements :
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Bachelors or related certificates.
• UAE valid driving license (Required)
