Administrative Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities Reception Duties :
• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
• Coordinate visitor access, passes, and meeting room bookings
Administrative Duties :
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
• Maintain records, files, and office documentation (physical and digital)
• Assist with data entry, reports, and correspondence
• Coordinate with internal departments for daily operational needs
• Support HR or Accounts teams with admin tasks when required
• Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
• Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (UAE experience is an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
