Description:
SOURCE IT is currently looking to hire a professional and organized Admin & Operations Specialist to join its team in Dubai. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the organization. The role is ideal for individuals who have experience managing office administration, coordinating internal communication, and supporting daily operational activities in a corporate environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions that help maintain a well-structured and productive workplace. This includes managing office documentation, coordinating internal operations, and assisting management with important administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
As an Admin & Operations Specialist, you will work closely with different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams. The position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly
Maintaining and organizing office records, documentation, and administrative files with high levels of accuracy
Coordinating internal communication and supporting operational collaboration between different departments
Assisting with scheduling, documentation preparation, and office logistics for management and team members
Handling office correspondence and ensuring professional communication with internal teams and external contacts
Supporting management with administrative and operational reports to monitor workflow efficiency and performance

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working as an Administrative Specialist or Office Administrator within the UAE
