Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional support to clients through various communication channels
Address client inquiries, service requests, and account-related questions in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of client communications and service interactions
Ensure client service standards and regulatory guidelines are followed during all interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and service requests
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client data and financial information
Assist in improving customer experience processes and service quality standards
Support the organization in maintaining strong client relationships and service satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
Experience in customer service, financial client support, or banking services is preferred
Certifications
CME-1 Certification (Mandatory)
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of financial markets or financial services environments
Familiarity with client service platforms or CRM systems is an advantage
Language Requirements
Fluent English (Preferred)

Ability to manage multiple client inquiries efficiently
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 6,000 – SAR 9,000 per month (based on Client Service Specialists in Saudi Arabia’s financial services sector)
