Requirements:
Strong understanding of child and adolescent development
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide academic, career, and personal guidance to students
Knowledge of counseling techniques, conflict resolution, and behavioral assessment
Familiarity with school policies, curriculum, and student support programs
