Commercial & Customer Service Executive
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist the Group Commercial Manager with daily commercial operations and customer service tasks across the organization.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure all queries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with different departments and subsidiaries to maintain effective communication and smooth workflow.
• Support the preparation of major quotations, proposals, and other commercial documentation required for business activities.
• Monitor and follow up on customer requests, service needs, and inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain organized records of customer communications, contracts, and commercial documentation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements :
• A master’s degree or MBA is preferred for this role.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in commercial operations, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• A confident, proactive, and responsible personality capable of managing tasks independently.
• Holding a UAE Driving License will be considered an advantage.
• Arabic language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
