Description:
A company based in Dubai is currently hiring an Ambassador – Customer Excellence to join its team. The role involves providing outstanding customer service across multiple channels including calls, emails, and chats. The selected candidate will ensure a high-quality customer experience while addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering professional and timely customer support through calls, emails, and chats
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive service experience
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer issues
Adhering to service quality standards, procedures, and departmental protocols
Requirements for the role:
Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the UAE, ideally within the financial sector
Previous experience in a contact center or customer support environment, handling calls, emails, or chats
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with professional etiquette
Candidates must be based in Dubai and available to join immediately
